The purpose of this clip was to introduce the team and learn their roles within the local business. Having such a large staff roster it was crucial that I made all employees feel relaxed and comfortable. By joking around between takes I was able to capture happy, laughing staff members whilst I kept the camera rolling unbeknownst to them. This creates a more natural appealing shot as viewers can relate to the staff as also being just normal everyday people.
