Since the departure of the Forster Ironman moving north to Port Macquarie, the Viking Challenge, hosted by Great Lakes United Football Club is the largest sporting event that the area hosts annually.

This clip was produced for GLUFC to use as marketing tool to seek sponsorship dollars for the event moving forward. For this project, my focus was on showing how the event adds vibrancy to the entire town and promotes healthy lifestyles. Due to the volume of participants, I was able to capture a time-lapse of the action from high up on scaffold, as well as lots of fast paced short camera shots of players in action during the event. To help give the clip some weight and significance I also interviewed a high profile individual from the footballing world.
